I'm new to this whole advertising thing, so I need to ask - How much advertising is enough to spread awareness, but not enough to add "grossly annoying" to my growing list of qualities? (Bless your hearts, you all put up with me enough. I don't want to be obnoxious on top of that...)

The thing is, I never like to do self plugs, so I just keep my commission prices on my page and hope for the best. Only problem is, some people don't even know that I'm doing said commissions in the first place.


I'm in a bit of a bind at the moment, because I need to rack up some serious cash ASAP, but I'm not allowed to get a job except for a one-and-a-half-month gap in the summer where I don't have anything to do. This doesn't leave a lot of time to earn anything significant, especially since the only jobs a kid can get around here are "You want fries with that?" and "Paper or plastic, ma'am?".

I'll be looking for some babysitting jobs to do over the summer, but I would REALLY like to get commissions running.

Is there ANYONE interested in buying a comish? If not, could you guys do me a big favor and at least spread the word for me? Heck, even advice on how I can do it myself would be greatly appreciated.
